Now, the couple has solemnized a simple yet unique wedding at the Linga Bhairavi Temple in Coimbatore. What makes it special is that they did not follow conventional wedding rituals and instead got married through the ‘Bhuta Shuddhi’ method.

After her divorce from Naga Chaitanya, Samantha grew closer to the Isha Center under Sadhguru’s guidance. She is a devotee of Linga Bhairavi Devi and used to visit the temple frequently. The ‘Bhuta Shuddhi’ tradition is based on the worship of the five elements (Panchabhuta): air, fire, water, earth, and space. In this method, the marriage takes place through mantra chanting, in the presence of a sacred fire pit, and spiritual purification. It is believed to bring peace, harmony, and mental tranquility to the couple. Samantha and Raj respectfully followed this tradition and performed the sacred rituals in front of Linga Bhairavi Devi.

In the photos that have surfaced, Samantha and Raj can be seen sitting before the Goddess performing puja and meditating silently in front of the fire.
