Rebel BJP Leaders Meet in Delhi: Kumar Bangarappa Team Submits Serious Grievances to In-charge Radha Mohan Das

Complaint Filed with High Command Regarding Valmiki Corporation Scam, Waqf Protest, and Farmers' Issues; What Did Kumar Bangarappa Say?

New Delhi: The team of disgruntled MLAs (Rebel Team) within the Karnataka BJP has set up camp in Delhi and today (Thursday) met the State BJP In-charge, Radha Mohan Das Agarwal, to submit their grievances. Former Minister and prominent leader Kumar Bangarappa led the delegation during this meeting. The rebel leaders, who have been staying in Delhi for the past two days, directly conveyed information to the high command regarding the developments within the state unit of the party and the failures of the state government.

Three Key Issues Raised

Speaking to the media after the meeting, Kumar Bangarappa stated that they primarily informed In-charge Radha Mohan Das about three important matters:

1. Valmiki Corporation Scam: Complete details of the Valmiki Maharshi Scheduled Tribes Development Corporation Scam, which has caused severe controversy in the state and is demanding Minister Nagendra's resignation, were placed before the high command's representative. The seriousness of the scam and the damage it is causing the party were explained.

2. Waqf Protest: Information regarding the ongoing protest in the state concerning Waqf Board properties and other related issues was also provided.

3. Maize Growers' Issues: Attention was drawn to the problems and difficulties faced by farmers, especially Maize Growers, during the tenure of the ruling Congress government.

"We met State BJP In-charge Radha Mohan Das and presented our grievances. We informed him about the corporation scam, the Waqf issue, and the problems of the maize growers," Kumar Bangarappa clarified.

Curiosity Over High Command's Action

The visit of this 'Rebel Team' directly to Delhi assumes significance, especially since there are widespread rumors of dissatisfaction among some leaders regarding the state unit's leadership and decisions.

The fact that this delegation, led by the former minister, has presented major serious social, political, and economic issues of the state to the high command has fueled speculation in political circles about potential changes in the Karnataka BJP unit in the coming days.
