The court had previously directed on October 10, 2025, that the investigation, for which a maximum of two months was given, should be completed as quickly as possible within that two-month limit.

MYSURU: The Special Court for People's Representatives on Thursday issued a final deadline to the Mysuru Lokayukta Police to submit the final investigation report against Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, his wife B. M. Parvathi, and others, concerning the alleged illegal site allotment by the Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA).

Key Directives of the Court

The bench, presided over by Judge Santhosh Gajanan Bhat, which heard the private complaint filed by social activist Snehamayi Krishna, issued the following directives:

The final investigation report must be mandatorily submitted by December 18. If the report is not submitted by December 18, the court will proceed to pass an order based on the available documents regarding the application challenging the 'B Report'.The court clearly stated that the case cannot be adjourned for any further reason.
