Did the Daiva Dancer Make a Huge Mistake for Rishab Shetty? Here’s the Truth!

After the massive success of ‘Kantara: Chapter 1’, actor-director Rishab Shetty went to Kadri Temple in Mangaluru with his team and offered a special “harake kola”. But now this kola has landed in huge controversy. People are angry about the way the Daiva dancer behaved with Rishab Shetty during the ritual.

Daiva devotee Tammanna Shetty spoke to the media and said, “This goes completely against the rules of Daiva worship. There are strict rules even for offering harake. Calling it just ‘nema’ is wrong; it must be done as per Dharma rules.”

He further added angrily: “The dancer wore a shirt, put kadtale on his head, wore tatte – everything is forbidden in Daiva worship. Because Rishab Shetty had ‘dates’, they sidelined Kadri Manjunatha Daiva and performed this kola. This is totally wrong.”Arayna Women's Cotton Printed Floral Straight Kurta with Palazzo Pants and Dupatta

“Using Daiva worship just for film publicity is not right. People are slowly losing faith. If such drama continues, big trouble will come in future,” warned Tammanna Shetty. The storm of Yash’s ‘Toxic’ has begun! The blood-filled bathtub poster goes viral as just 100 days remain for release.

Now the matter is being heavily discussed on social media. Some are supporting Rishab Shetty, while many are criticising the violation of Daiva rules. Overall, this incident has started a fresh debate about the respect and tradition of Tulu Nadu’s Daiva Aradhane.
