Avoiding daytime naps signals good health.Each person's constitution (Prakriti) differs, classified as Vata, Pitta, or Kapha these are energies, not diseases. Sleep needs vary less for Vata-dominant, moderate for Pitta, more for Kapha. One-size-fits-all rules don't apply.

Diet should align with Prakriti and seasons (Ritucharya). Digestive fire peaks in the morning, so eat heavier meals then; lighter at night when it's weaker.
