Unsolved Cases on the Rise!
On average, at least one theft complaint is filed in various police stations across the state every day. In particular, vehicle thefts and general petty thefts have become a major headache for the police department.

1. Unemployment and Poverty: Desperate youths without proper jobs are choosing theft as an easy way to make money.

2023: Out of 45,999 cases, 27,587 remained unsolved.
2024: Out of 40,628 cases, 23,057 remained unsolved.
