As the 2026 Kerala Assembly elections heat up, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has made a major political push by highlighting the implementation of the Justice J.B. The LDF government, in 2021, appointed the commission under retired Justice J.B. Koshy to study and recommend measures for the welfare of Christians, a powerful minority group in Kerala.
