The government is placing a massive bet on future-ready industries to drive the economy:

Bio-Pharma Boom: A massive ₹10,000 crore investment has been earmarked for the Bio-Pharma sector over the next five years to position India as a global life-sciences hub.

National Fiber Mission: To achieve total self-reliance in space technology and high-speed communication, the National Fiber Mission was launched.

Waterway Connectivity: An outlay of ₹20,000 crore is dedicated to the development and modernization of inland waterways over the next five years.

Education 2.0: The 'Creator' Economy

In a move to align education with modern trends, the FM announced a unique initiative for the youth:

Content Creator Labs: In a first-of-its-kind move, Content Creator Labs will be established in 15,000 schools and 500 colleges to foster digital creativity and new-age skills.

Education-to-Employment: A new Standing Committee on Education, Employment, and Enterprise will be formed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements.

Infrastructure & Urban Connectivity

High-Speed Rail Corridor: A major boost for South India, with the announcement of a High-Speed Rail Corridor connecting Bengaluru with other major metropolitan hubs, aimed at slashing travel time and boosting regional trade.

Modular Corporate Training: New Modular Schemes have been introduced to train corporate professionals, ensuring India’s workforce remains globally competitive.

Social Welfare & Rural Empowerment

Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao 2.0: In a landmark move for female literacy, the FM announced that every district in India will now have a dedicated Girls’ Hostel, ensuring safe and affordable housing for students.

Mahatma Gandhi Gram Swaraj Scheme: A dedicated push for the Khadi and Handloom sectors to revitalize rural entrepreneurship and traditional craftsmanship.
