Speaking to reporters, CM Siddaramaiah addressed the dissatisfaction of Sadiq Pailwan, a prominent ticket aspirant. "All minority leaders have come together to reach a consensus. We will attempt to convince Sadiq Pailwan and ensure that minorities receive appropriate representation in the coming days," he assured.
Siddaramaiah Recalls Past Defeats of Rivals
Retorting to the opposition's criticisms, the CM reflected on the results of previous by-elections. "Didn't the sons of Basavaraj Bommai and H.D. Kumaraswamy lose in the last rounds? What matters is who the people choose to support. We have stood by our words and delivered," he remarked pointedly.
Guarantee Schemes as Our Shield
Expressing full confidence in a Congress victory, the Chief Minister asserted, "We have successfully implemented all five guarantee schemes in the state. The poor, Dalits, backward classes, and minorities stand with our government. With their support, we will definitely win this by-election."
