Ramanagara: Kannada activist Vatal Nagaraj has erupted in anger against the government for failing to resolve the severe auto gas shortage in the district. Joining forces with auto drivers at the city’s Ijoor Circle, he expressed fierce outrage by staging a 'Tamate' (traditional drum) protest against both the Central and State governments.
Governments Busy in By-Election Mood!
Speaking at the protest, Vatal Nagaraj thundered, "Both the ruling party and the opposition in the state are completely drowned in by-election politics. There is no one left to listen to the problems of the common man, the poor, and the laborers." He directly accused both the Central and State governments of completely failing to solve the gas crisis.
Auto Drivers Exhausted Waiting in Front of Bunks!
In Ramanagara, auto drivers are facing a miserable plight where they have to stand in long queues for hours in front of bunks for gas every day. "The governments are not responding to the plight of auto drivers and hotel owners. Auto drivers are exhausted waiting at the bunks day after day. Without daily earnings, their families are on the verge of coming onto the streets. Despite all this, the governments are sitting with their eyes closed," Vatal lashed out.
Warning of a Massive Agitation!
Vatal Nagaraj issued a direct warning to the government, stating that the cooking gas and auto gas crisis in the district must be resolved immediately on a war footing. Otherwise, in the coming days, a massive struggle will be organized against the government by uniting all the auto drivers and affected victims across the state.
