Hubballi: The rape and blackmail case registered against Mufeez Miyannavar at the Keshwapur Police Station in the city has taken an unexpected turn. Some videos of the victim have now gone viral on social media, giving rise to several suspicions surrounding the case.

In the viral video, the victim is seen in tears, describing the situation she faced. She has stated that she contemplated suicide when the youth’s family did not agree to their marriage. Furthermore, she mentioned in the video that both of them had applied for a registered marriage in Dharwad, and even Mufeez’s family members had come for the registration process.

Entry of Hindu Organizations; Counseling?

The girl explained in the video that there were still 30 days left for the marriage registration to be completed in Dharwad. At that time, activists from Hindu organizations came to their house. Following this, she was taken to a different house where counseling was conducted. She also dropped a bombshell in the video, stating that she did not have the consent or willingness to file a case against Mufeez.

Following all these developments, the young woman has now filed a complaint against Mufeez at the Keshwapur Police Station. The complaint states that Mufeez raped and blackmailed her.
