This election will hopefully change the scenario and for the first time in sovereign India, Bengal will witness democracy unlike earlier tenures. Yogi compared the two states UP and Bengal and narrated how UP resembled Bengal before BJP came to power. He claimed that before the BJP came to power in 2017, UP was dominated by "Mafia Raj" and frequent curfews. He promised that a "Double-Engine" government would treat Bengal's "goons" the same way they were dealt with in UP with zero tolerance.
