The saga of Indian Billionaire Boom

 India’s billionaire population is forecast to grow by 51%, rising from 207 in early 2026 to staggering 313 by 2031.

India currently ranks 3rd globally in billionaire count, trailing only the United States with 914 and China with 485.

Surprisingly, over the last five years (2021–2026), India’s billionaire population grew by an enormous 58%.

Ultra-High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs)

Defined as individuals with a net worth of $30 million (approx. ₹252 crore) or more.

 The UHNWI population is expected to rise from 19,877 today to 25,217 by 2031, which amounts to 27% increase.
