Bengaluru: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the official answer keys for the Common Entrance Test (KCET-2026), conducted for admissions to various professional courses, including Engineering, across the state. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now verify their answers on the official KEA website.

Exam Dates: The entrance test was held on April 23 and 24.

Availability: Answer keys for all subjects—Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology—have been published.

Objection Window: KEA has provided an opportunity for candidates to raise complaints or objections if they find discrepancies in the provided answers.

How to File Objections?

If there are any differences or errors in the answer keys, candidates can submit their objections online. KEA has activated a dedicated online link for this purpose.

Deadline: The last date to submit objections is April 30, 2026, before the evening cutoff.

Accuracy of Details: While filing an objection, candidates must accurately provide details such as the Question Number and Version Code.

Incomplete Submissions: The Authority has clearly stated that objections submitted with incomplete or vague information will not be considered.

Expert Decision is Final

A committee of subject matter experts will thoroughly review all objections submitted by the candidates. H. Prasanna (IAS), Executive Director of the Karnataka Examinations Authority, stated in the notification that the final decision will rest with the experts after verifying the validity of the claims.
