The Primary accused, Nida Khan of TCS is been taken to custody on 7th may. She faces multiple FIRs involving serious allegations, coercion, conversion and suppressing employees. Allegations include, pressurising Hindu female employees at the TCS Nashik BPO unit to follow Islamic practices, mock Hindu deities, and change their identities.
She is named as a co-accused in a case involving rape and sexual exploitation alongside others, including Danish Shaikh. Earlier investigations have indicated that, she used to help other Muslim male staff to Haraz Hindu women.
Other previous arrests of the radicle team include Danish Sheikh, Tausif Attar, Raza Memon, and Shahrukh Qureshi, all of whom are currently in judicial custody.
Nida Khan was a 26-year-old Process Associate, tele-caller at the Nashik facility. Although initial reports identified her as an HR manager, TCS later clarified she held no leadership role. Authorities are probing where she was for 40 days while she was on run. Her hideouts and 40 days of fugitive run have to be disclosed. As on now she was moving from one place to another between Mumbra(Thane), Mumbai and Nashik and Sambhajinagar from where she was captured.
