"After IT and ED, Now It's the Governor's Turn": D.K. Suresh Lashes Out at Central Government

he remarked, "There has been a display of money and muscle power there. For the past year, the BJP has continuously attempted to topple the government. A systematic conspiracy was hatched to sideline the TMC by removing nearly 9.7 million voters from the lists."

Ramanagara: Former MP D.K. Suresh made significant statements in Channapatna regarding the political developments in Tamil Nadu, political conspiracies in West Bengal, and the anticipated "good news" for Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar.

Centre's Threat Tactics Through the Governor's Office

Speaking on the delay by the Governor in allowing TVK to form the government in Tamil Nadu, Suresh said, "TVK has the constitutional right to form the government and possesses the required numbers. Despite this, the Governor's delay raises suspicions." He alleged that the Central BJP government is behind this, charging that after using the IT, ED, and CBI, the BJP is now misusing the Governor's office as a tool for intimidation.

Clarification on Congress Support for TVK

Reacting to the possibility of Congress supporting TVK by leaving the DMK alliance in Tamil Nadu, he stated, "Our party took this decision after bringing it to the notice of the local leaders there. Providing support for government formation is a standard process in a democracy. Even the DMK has clarified that they will remain silent on this matter."

Political Conspiracy by BJP in West Bengal

Commenting on the political situation in West Bengal, he remarked, "There has been a display of money and muscle power there. For the past year, the BJP has continuously attempted to topple the government. A systematic conspiracy was hatched to sideline the TMC by removing nearly 9.7 million voters from the lists."

'Good News' on May 15 and D.K. Shivakumar's Birthday

Responding to rumors regarding "good news" for Deputy CM D.K. Shivakumar on May 15, D.K. Suresh replied with a smile, "I only know that May 15 is D.K. Shivakumar's birthday. I have no specific information about any 'good news.' However, there is an expectation that something good will happen; let's wait and see."
