Former MP Pratap Simha has sharply responded to a statement made by H.C. Mahadevappa in Mandya yesterday, claiming that Tipu Sultan laid the foundation stone for the Kannambadi Dam (KRS Dam). Speaking to journalists on Monday, Simha took a dig at Mahadevappa, saying, "Junior Dr. Yathindra had claimed that his father’s achievements were greater than those of Nalwadi Krishnaraja Wadiyar.
