Amid political developments surrounding the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, the Election Commission of India has invited Congress leader and MP Jairam Ramesh for a dialogue on Monday at 12 PM. This was communicated through a letter from the Commission’s secretary. According to the letter, leaders from several political parties are also expected to participate in this dialogue.

The dialogue aims to discuss election-related matters between the Commission and political parties. However, the exact time and venue details of the meeting have not yet been disclosed. The Commission has requested the names of attendees and details of their vehicles due to space constraints.

Meanwhile, in response to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s allegations of voter fraud in the 2024 elections, hundreds of opposition MPs had planned a march to the Election Commission’s office in Delhi.

However, Delhi Police have not yet granted permission for the march, stating that no formal request for it has been submitted. These events reflect the intense political atmosphere surrounding the 2024 elections.
