According to legal experts, there is little scope to challenge the division bench’s criminal case order again, except under medical or emergency grounds. Life Inside Prison:
As an undertrial prisoner, Darshan is not obligated to work, but can choose to do so. If he agrees, he could be assigned tasks like arranging books in the library or working as an attendant in the prison clinic.
