DJ and Sound System Ban During Gauri-Ganesha, Eid Milad Processions Upheld by Karnataka High Court

The Karnataka High Court has upheld a circular issued by the Bengaluru West Division Joint Commissioner of Police banning the use of DJs and sound systems during the Gauri-Ganesha festival and Eid Milad processions. The court dismissed a petition filed by an official from the Karnataka Light Music and Cultural Artists Association challenging the circular.
