Following the filing of a fraud case against Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra, their lawyer, Prashant Patil, has called the allegations “baseless.” In a statement, he said, “Certain electronic and print media have reported that a case has been registered against my clients with the Economic Offences Wing in Mumbai. My clients outrightly deny all allegations, which are entirely civil in nature, and a judgment has already been passed by the NCLT Mumbai on 04/10/2024.”
