The Delhi High Court on Tuesday indicated that it will issue an injunction to protect Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's publicity and personality rights. Justice Tejas Karia stated that online platforms and individuals will be restrained from morphing Aishwarya's images or using her personality without permission.

According to a report published on February 4, 2025, Aaradhya Bachchan has sought the removal of false information related to her health (such as rumors of severe illness or death) from YouTube and other social media platforms. In this context, Justice C. Hari Shankar of the Delhi High Court had ordered Google to remove such false content and directed that any similar misleading information in the future should be taken down immediately.
