Highlighting various scandals including the Valmiki reservation scam, illegal mining, and money laundering cases, the BJP claimed that Congress MLAs are frequently in the news — not for governance, but for controversies and corruption.

BJP’s official social media handle shared a post with the following caption:

"The Congress party in Karnataka is a coalition of looters and criminals. For many Congress MLAs, jail has become a second home!"

"If not for Siddaramaiah's interference, over half the Congress ministers and MLAs would be in jail today," the BJP claimed.
