Dharmasthala village skull case: Court reserves order on bail for witness-turned-accused on September 16.

In connection with the allegations of burying bodies in Dharmasthala village, the court has announced that it will pronounce its order on granting bail to the witness-turned-accused on September 16. Subsequently, on September 6, the JMFC court in Belthangady remanded the accused to judicial custody and sent him to Shivamogga jail.The accused's bail application came up for hearing on Friday. After hearing the arguments, Judge Vijayaendra T.H. reserved the order. SIT police have objected to granting bail through their lawyers. Meanwhile, Pradeep, a resident of Bantwal who is said to be a close associate of Vitthal Gowda—who was under investigation for his alleged involvement in presenting the skull in court as a witness—was interrogated by the SIT on Friday.Pradeep was produced before the JMFC court at 3 PM in the afternoon.
