The MUDA (Mysuru Urban Development Authority) illegal site allotment case has been ongoing for quite some time. Initially, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah was implicated, followed by his wife and others who have been involved in the case.

He had previously demanded the arrest of MUDA’s chairman, commissioner, and other officials.Speaking in Mysuru, MLA Srivatsa said, “I have said before that irregularities in MUDA are undeniable. Thousands of sites have been illegally allotted. The arrest of Dinesh Kumar alone is not enough; investigations must be conducted against many others. Our fight will not stop until then.”Additionally, commenting on the controversy surrounding the Gadi Chowk Dargah in K.R. He said, “There is already a dargah there. Why did the commissioner issue a notification for another dargah? We are not questioning the existing dargah or whether it is legal or illegal; that is not the discussion now. Our question is, why is another dargah being proposed when one already exists? he asked, expressing his dissatisfaction.He further stated, “I will file a complaint with the commissioner about this. Everything there, except the existing religious center, must be cleared immediately. There should be nothing else at that site. There is no mention of the dargah in any map.
