Mysuru: The MUDA (Mysuru Urban Development Authority) illegal site allotment case has been ongoing for quite some time. Initially, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah was implicated, followed by his wife and others who have been involved in the case. He had previously demanded the arrest of MUDA’s chairman, commissioner, and other officials.Speaking in Mysuru, MLA Srivatsa said, “I have said before that irregularities in MUDA are undeniable. Thousands of sites have been illegally allotted. The arrest of Dinesh Kumar alone is not enough; investigations must be conducted against many others. He said, “There is already a dargah there. Why did the commissioner issue a notification for another dargah? We are not questioning the existing dargah or whether it is legal or illegal; that is not the discussion now. Our question is, why is another dargah being proposed when one already exists?
