Human skeletal remains have been found in the Banglegudde forest of Dharmasthala village. The petition is scheduled for a hearing on September 19, and the SIT conducted an intensive search prior to this. The search report is likely to be submitted to the High Court.On Wednesday, the search operation uncovered human skeletal remains at five different locations in the Banglegudde area. The SIT, with assistance from the SUCO team, collected a total of five human skulls and approximately 100 bones. The skeletal remains were found on the surface of the ground. Items recovered include bones, body parts, pieces of clothing such as shirts, pants, sarees, a walking stick, and a license. A mahazar (inventory) process for these items has been completed.The operation was led by SIT Investigating Officer SP Jitendra Dayama, with participation from the SUCO team, forest department officials, staff, and a metal detector team. With permission from the forest department, the search began from the forest entry near the Netravati bathing ghat.
