In a previous hearing, the High Court had granted interim relief and issued directions to the trial court. Today’s hearing is expected to involve a detailed examination of the petition, with the court likely to make a decision. This case is part of broader allegations of sexual abuse against the Revanna family, with the High Court having previously rejected bail pleas in other cases involving Prajwal Revanna. The Supreme Court also rejected Prajwal’s bail petition earlier this month. Today, the single-judge bench of Justice M.I.
