The Peetha was established by devotees, and no trust has the authority to expel it. Previously, trust officials had promised to provide land for the Matha and also assured that Swamiji would be made the trust’s president, but these promises remain unfulfilled. The trust was formed on a personal basis, and under the pretext of providing land for the Peetha, its members acquired property for themselves. With Kudalasangama as the central Peetha, devotees’ gatherings will be held to establish branch Mathas.
