In the Renukaswamy murder case trial, Darshan complained to the jail authorities about not complying with the court's orders. Citing lack of facilities and health issues, Darshan has had the next hearing adjourned to October 9.

Today's hearing in the Renukaswamy murder case took place at Bengaluru's 64th Sessions Court. During this, actor Darshan brought to the court's notice that he is not receiving adequate facilities in jail. He accused the jail authorities of not providing any facilities despite the court's orders.

The accused in the murder case, including actor Darshan and others, appeared for the hearing via video conference from Bengaluru's Parappana Agrahara Jail. Actor Darshan, who appeared for the hearing wearing a white jacket, attempted to show his back pain to the judge. He repeatedly touched his back, indicating pain. The court recorded the presence of the accused.

Darshan's lawyers filed a petition seeking his release from this murder case. After the hearing began, actor Darshan directly spoke to the judge. "They don't even allow walking. They make us walk in a 15-foot space. Even sunlight doesn't reach there, sir. No facilities at all," Darshan expressed his grievance. He accused the Bengaluru Parappana Agrahara Jail authorities of not providing facilities despite the court's orders.


Pavitra Gowda, the E1 accused in the case, also appeared for the hearing via video conference. Finally, the court adjourned the next hearing of the case to October 9.
