Pawan Kalyan's film OG has set a record by earning ₹91 crore on its opening day. It has surpassed the earnings of this year's blockbuster films Coolie, Chava, and Saira to claim the number one spot.

Actor Pawan Kalyan’s OG has made a spectacular start at the box office. The film’s first-day collection reached ₹91 crore, breaking the records of this year’s blockbuster films. Emraan Hashmi plays the antagonist in this movie, marking his debut in Telugu cinema.

According to cinema analysts, They Call Him OG is one of the biggest opening-day earners in the history of Indian cinema. The film had already crossed ₹100 crore globally through advance bookings, reflecting the audience's high expectations.

Looking at the language-wise earnings, the Telugu version collected ₹70 crore, the Hindi version ₹50 lakh, the Tamil version ₹20 lakh, and the Kannada version ₹5 lakh.

Pawan Kalyan’s previous pan-India film Hari Hara Veera Mallu earned ₹34 crore on its opening day, with Bobby Deol as the antagonist. However, OG has eclipsed that film’s earnings, setting a new record.
