In 2022, the woman met Swaroop through Facebook. He later borrowed ₹4 lakh from her, citing financial difficulties. When the woman attempted to file a police complaint, Shoot Giri intervened, promising to settle the issue but later failed to return the money. Instead, he reportedly threatened her, stating that Swaroop was part of their gang and any action against him would have consequences.
