In Kangpokpi district’s Kottim area, security forces confiscated two magazines, two bolt-action rifles, two pull-mechanism rifles, two advanced mortars, and two hand grenades.
Similarly, in Imphal West’s Kanglatombi area, a sub-machine gun, a .303 rifle, a 9mm pistol, a .32 pistol, and seven locally made bolt-action rifles, along with a significant amount of ammunition, were seized, according to official reports.
