PoK is Like a Room in Our House, We Must Reclaim It: Mohan Bhagwat

RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat compared Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) to a room in our house and stated that it must be reclaimed. His statement reportedly sent a strong and continuous message to Pakistan regarding the partition issue.

RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat has made a significant statement regarding Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), comparing the territory to a room in India’s house that has been occupied and must be taken back. His remarks, made in the context of the partition of the country, have reignited debate on the issue.

PoK Compared to an Occupied Room -

Speaking at an event in Satna, Madhya Pradesh, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Sarasanghachalak, Mohan Bhagwat, delivered a powerful and symbolic message about PoK. He likened PoK to a single room in a house that belongs to India, which has been forcibly occupied, and stressed the necessity of reclaiming it. This statement is seen as a strong, indirect message to Pakistan and a reiteration of the concept of Akhand Bharat (Undivided India).

Bhagwat emphasized the idea that the entire country is like one house. He used an analogy: "Someone has occupied one room in our house where we keep our table, chair, and clothes." He then asserted, "Tomorrow, we have to take it back and establish our camp there again." This is widely interpreted as a direct reference to the idea of an undivided India. Call for National Unity -

Bhagwat also addressed the audience by stating, "We are all Sanatanis," and advised them to view themselves through the "spiritual mirror shown by our Gurus." This statement is aimed at promoting national identity and unity. His address at the event has sparked discussions about the unity of India, suggesting that reclaiming PoK is not merely a political matter but a cultural and historical right. His comments reinforce India’s steadfast position regarding the occupation by Pakistan and are seen as an effort to awaken a strong national sentiment among the public.
