In Patna, as the countdown for the Bihar Assembly election announcement begins, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inaugurated the first phase of the Patna Metro Rail Project on Monday.

He flagged off the 3.6-km Blue Line corridor from the Interstate Bus Terminal (ISBT) to Bhootnath station. The project is expected to alleviate traffic congestion in Patna while providing a modern, efficient transport system. Speaking at the event, Nitish Kumar emphasized that the metro will significantly enhance the state capital’s transportation infrastructure.
