Bihar Assembly Elections 2025 to Be Held in Two Phases on November 6 and 11

Bihar's electorate stands at a record 7.42 crore voters, including 14 lakh first-time voters, following the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls completed in June-August 2025. The ECI has introduced several voter-friendly measures, including webcasting from 100% of polling stations (up from 50% in 2020), color photographs on EVMs for candidates, and mobile phone deposit facilities at booths.
