MBBS Student Denied 5th Attempt at Exam by Karnataka High Court

A single-judge bench of Justice R. Devadas dismissed the petition, stating, “The petitioner has only biochemistry remaining to clear. As per the regulations of the university and the National Medical Commission, a student is allowed only four attempts to pass a subject. The law is clear in this regard, and no court can issue orders contrary to university rules.”
