Who is it? Find out: Before shooting 'Kantara Chapter 1', they sought the permission of Dharmasthala Manjunatha... Do you know who?

Amid the success of 'Kantara: Chapter 1' directed by Rishab Shetty, controversies surrounding shooting accidents and divine grace have intensified. Even though the film became a hit due to the team's efforts and warnings from the Madivallabettu deity, some devotees have expressed dissatisfaction.

Directed by Rishab Shetty, the film 'Kantara: Chapter 1' is receiving a strong response in theaters. Rishab and his team toiled for about three years for this project. While the audience has given positive feedback, some controversies have arisen around the film.

Some devotees and deity performers have expressed discontent over the film. There are claims that accidents occurred during shooting due to a lack of divine grace. However, it is said that the deity had warned Rishab about such incidents three years ago.HAMMONDS FLYCATCHER Genuine Leather Office Bag for Men, 15.6" Professional Leather Laptop Bag for Men for Office, Travel, Daily Use, Adjustable Strap & Multi Compartments - 1 Year Warranty - Brown

After the superhit success of the 'Kantara' film in 2022, Rishab Shetty sought divine permission for the production of 'Kantara: Chapter 1'. At that time, during the dance service of the Madivallabettu deity in Bandale, Mangalore, the Annappa Panjurli deity issued a warning.

"You have taken ten steps to make this film now; for this, take a hundred steps," the deity subtly advised. Rishab Shetty, who had come to offer thanks for the first part, when asked about the second part, was instructed by the deity to seek the permission of Dharmasthala Manjunatha Swamy before proceeding with the second part. This is why Deepika Padukone stepped back from some films... Additionally, the deity said, "Proceed with great caution for the next film. There were good aspects in the first film, but controversies also arose. Follow dharma, rituals, and ethics." Following this, Rishab Shetty visited Dharmasthala, had darshan of Manjunatha Swamy, and also met Veerendra Heggade.

During the shooting of 'Kantara: Chapter 1', Rishab and his team adhered to many vows and disciplines. Despite this, several accidents occurred during filming. Some crew members who worked on the film died unexpectedly. Incidents happened on set, including a boat mishap once.

Currently, some devotees and deity performers are accusing that "they have used our faith's deity worship for money," and have expressed dissatisfaction with the film.
