RLM National President Upendra Kushwaha has sharply criticized the Mahagathbandhan, stating that it raised a big uproar about the SIR (Socially and Educationally Backward Classes Reservation) issue, but today there is no public discussion on it.

He accused them of merely trying to create problems, only to be rejected by the public. He claimed that neither Dalit nor backward community women and men had any positions or respect. In contrast, Kushwaha said that as soon as Nitish Kumar’s NDA government came to power, it changed the regulations, resulting in greater representation and respect for Dalits and backward communities.

He questioned who had stopped Lalu Yadav from implementing such measures. He suggested that Lalu Yadav and the Mahagathbandhan’s political strategies have failed.
