DCM D.K. Shivakumar Blames BJP's Internal Conflict for Dharmasthala Case!

Speaking to the media near Bengaluru's Vidhana Soudha, Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar has reportedly blamed the BJP in connection with the Dharmasthala case.

Bengaluru: Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar on Thursday reportedly targeted the BJP while addressing the media near the Vidhana Soudha in Bengaluru regarding the Dharmasthala case.

Responding to a question about the petition filed seeking to quash the Dharmasthala case, D.K. Shivakumar issued a statement, asserting that the individual, the family, and the institution involved have suffered harm due to this issue.

"I stand by my statement that the internal conflict among BJP leaders is the reason behind the Dharmasthala case," he affirmed. Regarding the Special Investigation Team (SIT) report, the DCM stated he is unaware of its contents. He acknowledged the Home Minister's comment that the report should be submitted soon. "Our desire is that justice and righteousness must prevail," he said. He added a traditional saying: "Manjunatha, who does not leave a word (vow), and Thimmappa (Tirupati), who does not leave money if one makes a vow of money in Tirupati and a vow of word in Dharmasthala, they cannot be abandoned."

Cabinet Reshuffle Reports

When asked about the submission of the three-month performance report of ministers to the High Command regarding a potential cabinet restructuring, Shivakumar responded:

"I am not aware of any specific information regarding this. Reports are regularly sent to the High Command. A survey is also conducted regarding me and the MLAs.
