Bengaluru: An FIR has been registered against a man for indecent behaviour in public in front of a woman. The accused allegedly masturbated in front of her, prompting immediate police action. The incident occurred within the limits of Indiranagar Police Station, and a complaint has now been filed. What exactly happened?

As usual, the woman had taken her dog for a morning walk when she encountered a shocking incident. Deeply disturbed by the incident, the woman went straight to the police station and lodged a complaint.
