Pan-India superstar Junior NTR has approached the Delhi High Court against several websites that are illegally using his name, photos, and videos for commercial purposes. The court has directed that the case be treated as an urgent complaint under the Information Technology Rules, 2021.

Junior NTR, a Pan-India star who generally stays away from controversies, has this time moved the Delhi High Court. The reason: several websites and social media pages are misusing his photos, videos, name, and personality traits without permission. Represented by senior advocate Mr. J. Sai Deepak, NTR has urged the court to protect his personality rights. Taking note of this, the Delhi High Court has directed that the matter be treated as a “formal complaint” on an urgent basis under the IT Rules, 2021, and has issued summons asking the accused websites and entities to respond within three days.

With this step, Junior NTR has legally reaffirmed and strengthened his name and personality rights. In recent times, many Bollywood celebrities have taken similar legal routes, and now South Indian star NTR has also stepped forward to protect his rights.
