In connection with the Darshan jail luxury controversy, police have expressed strong suspicion after no data could be recovered from the mobile phone seized from actor Dhanveer Gowda. There is a growing doubt that either the phone data was deliberately deleted or a different phone was handed over to the police. This has now increased the chances of Dhanveer getting implicated in a case of destruction of evidence.

Ever since actor Darshan Thoogudeepa was jailed in the Renukaswamy murder case, serious allegations surfaced that high-profile prisoners, luxury treatment was being given to certain prisoners inside the jail, including oil massages, smartphone usage, special facilities, and videos/photos of the same went viral. Police had seized Dhanveer’s mobile phone and sent it to the cyber cell for analysis. However, the latest report states that no data could be recovered from that phone. This has led police to suspect that Dhanveer either wiped all data from the phone before surrendering it or submitted a different device altogether.Did Darshan assault someone in jail right around the time of the Devil movie release? Authorities are now awaiting the FSL (Forensic Science Laboratory) report in full) report. Sources say that once the report arrives, if required, a case of destruction/tampering with evidence is likely to be registered against Dhanveer.

From the very first day of Darshan’s arrest, Dhanveer Gowda has stood firmly with Darshan’s family, helping with court hearings, appointing lawyers, and handling various legal matters. He has also visited Darshan in jail multiple times. Now, ironically, the actor finds himself caught in a case revolving around his own name.
