The West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee has announced 10 manifestos for the upcoming 2026 election. She officially promised 10 pratignyas if she comes back to power.

Mamata Banerjee has annonced 10 point manifesto on 20 of March. Here are the highlights of the manifesto

  1. Lakshmider Bhandar

She has promised a hike of 500 rs. aid for women welfare scheme. Earlier the scheme was paying 1000 rs, now hiked up to 1500 rs.

  1. Baglar Yuba-sathi

Rs. 1500 for unemployed between the age group of 18 to 40, to support their livelihood and help searching jobs.


  1. Budget-e-krushi

Rs. 30,000 crores on farmers and their families, raising the paddy procurement price to 2500 rs per quintal. 

 

  1. Nishit Basasthan.

The government is targeting free housing schemes and offering aid to buy their own houses. 


  1. Ghore Ghore Nal


To ensure consistent drinking water supply for 1,75 crore rural households through ‘Jal Swapna’ project.



  1. Duare Chikitsa

Door delivery facility of medicines for all the patients in West Bengal.


  1. Baglar Shikhshayatan

Reaching out the young students with e-learning and improving the educational infrastructure for all the government owned educational institutions.


West Bengal Elections, After BJP, CPI(M) announced their 32 candidates

  1. Purber  Banijjyar Kandari

Building the sea-infrastructure for better and enhanced trading and connecting Eastern ports for the commercial purposes.


  1. Prabeender Pashe

Old age pensions and security for senior citizens. 


  1. Prashasonik Subiday

Improving governing bodies and re-organising administration structures and to build 7 new districts. Khandi, Behrampore, Bishnupur, Sunadarbans, Ranaghat, ichhamati and Basirhat.


Not much of a difference from her earlier 3 times manifestos. All remains the same, but for the hike of 500 rs for  Lakshmider Bhandar.
