According to the revised guidelines, customers can no longer book cylinders without restrictions. In urban areas, consumers must wait a minimum of 25 days after receiving one cylinder before booking the next refill.

Previously, the standard booking gap was 21 days, which has now been increased to promote planned usage and prevent panic buying.
