RTI activist Snehamayi Krishna has filed a petition in the Karnataka High Court challenging the Special Court’s acceptance of the ‘B’ Report that gave a clean chit to Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, his wife B.M. Parvathi, and others in the controversial MUDA land allotment case.
The case revolves around allegations that 3 acres 16 guntas of land belonging to Parvathi was acquired by the Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA), and in return, 14 prime residential sites worth approximately ₹56 crore were illegally allotted to her. Snehamayi Krishna had lodged the complaint in 2024.
After Governor’s sanction, the Lokayukta police investigated the matter and filed a ‘B’ Report citing lack of evidence. In January 2026, the Special Court for Elected Representatives accepted the ‘B’ Report and granted a clean chit to Siddaramaiah, B.M. Parvathi, her brother Bamaida Mallikarjun Swamy, and J. Now, the activist has moved the High Court, arguing that the investigation was incomplete and the ‘B’ Report was filed prematurely.
The petition names the Lokayukta SP (Mysuru), Siddaramaiah, Parvathi, Mallikarjun Swamy, J. Devaraju, former MUDA Commissioner G.T. Dinesh Kumar, and Enforcement Directorate officials as respondents.New LPG Guidelines Released: Next Cylinder Booking Only After 25 Days..!
