Adani Groups has done it again. The group of companies which were often conspired by Congress in domestic India and US’ deep state and George Soros in global stage, the business tycoon is been under attack ever since he had a conflict with China.
On April 8th, US District Court in New York rewarded a legal victory to an Indian Billionaire Gautam Adani and his group of companies. The court has granted a motion to dismiss the fraud lawsuit brought by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The SEC had earlier made the allegation against Adani, that the Group indulged in multi-Billion-dollar fraud scheme misguided US investors on company’s anti-bribery practices to raise capital in US markets.
While ruling out the case the Judge observed that SEC miserably failed to prove the nexus between alleged misconduct in India and the US markets to justify a federal fraud prosecution under US securities laws.
The judge also added that the SEC's claims relied mostly on circumstantial evidence and failed to meet the proof required to show "intent to defraud”, specifically targeting American bondholders.

Following the news Adani shares went up by 8 to 12% in both Indian and US market.
In an official statement, the Adani Group called the ruling a "complete vindication of our commitment to governance and transparency," stating that the allegations were based on "baseless and malicious" reports.
