In July 2025, India’s Goods and Services Tax (GST) collection reached ₹1.96 lakh crore, marking a 7.5% growth compared to ₹1.73 lakh crore in July 2024. After accounting for ₹27,147 crore in refunds, the net GST collection stood at ₹1.69 lakh crore, reflecting steady economic growth and robust tax compliance.
