A Yellow Alert has been issued for Bengaluru and many other districts. The incessant downpour over the last three days has caused streams and gullies to overflow in both urban and rural areas. Reports indicate that the overflowing water has inundated agricultural lands, resulting in crop damage. Consequently, warnings have been issued for farmers and tourists traveling to these regions. Rain, accompanied by gusty winds and thunderstorms, is predicted for districts including Bengaluru, Bengaluru Rural, Tumakuru, Chitradurga, Kolar, Chikkaballapur, Kodagu, Hassan, as well as Bidar, Kalaburagi, Vijayapura, Yadgir, Raichur, and Koppal.

Although no alert has been issued for the coastal districts of Udupi, Dakshina Kannada, and Uttara Kannada, there is a high possibility of increased rainfall intensity in these areas.
