BJP’s Minister who actually coined the term Corporate Jihad, Nitesh Rane has categorically made a statement “need of the hour is to employ only Hindus, as jobs were misused as a tool for religious conversion”.

His remarks were in reference to the intended attempts to religious conversion and sexual harassment that have surfaced in TCS in Nashik. Police have arrested eight employees of the company, including seven men and a female operations manager. One female employee is absconding and she is on run. The National Commission for Women on Wednesday said it has set up a fact-finding committee to probe the alleged incidents of sexual harassment of employees.

He added "these incidents are growing sentiments in Hindus, to employ only Hindus to safeguard the community". The fisheries minister further warned, that companies might soon adopt a policy of hiring only Hindus to prevent such "jihadist activities". He concluded “If employment provided for livelihood is diverted towards religious conversion, then prioritising Hindu candidates is the need of the hour to strengthen the 'Hindu Rashtra”.

He did not sound communal, but instead his tone was rational when he expressed his thoughts and ideas on fundamentalists.
