The Special Investigation Team (SIT) is probing Sameer’s role, with authorities alleging that his videos spread provocative content and misinformation that could lead to public unrest. While granting bail, the court instructed Sameer to cooperate with the investigation and refrain from making "provocative statements."
Several individuals, including Sameer, Girish Mattannavar, Sujatha Bhat, Mahesh Shetty Timarodi, and Burude Chinnayya, have made allegations regarding various incidents allegedly linked to Dharmasthala. Among them, Mahesh Shetty Timarodi and Burude Chinnayya have already been arrested. It is reported that Sameer now fears arrest as well.
